Thank you Ellen for making this effort to help players from getting ripped. It is a nice gesture that is definitely worth a shot. I don't think there will be a happy ending to this story though where WinnersPlayground makes a 360 turn and makes up for their misdeeds the last half year.

Why WinnersPlayground are not trsutworthy:

* Change of terms and conditions after the fact to rip players off
Example: they ran a week long promo months ago where players had to deposit everyday. half way through the week the changed the terms after the promo started causing players who would have won to lose money.

* Clueless people running their casino
Example: Some players got emails from them stating they are now VIP's and got a special VIP bonus offer. That same week some of their accounts were locked saying they were bonus hunters. Can a casino really not know the difference? This one can't.

Can't comment on other issues like affiliate stiffing.

This casino was one of the best RTG's around but apparently didn't like being one of the only RTG's who didn't steal and cheat.

Ellen, Please don't be brainwashed by the casinos to believe that "casino can change the terms at anytime" rule holds any merit. No decent casino would ever use it.
Imagine buying a car, but you didn't read all 3 pages of the contract like most people don't. Then a week later the reposess it with no refund, claiming a term like like hidden amongst the rest of the terms. Would that be fair? No, it wouldn't and in the US the courts would probably rule in the buyers favor even though the contract said otherwise.
