I probably shouldn't waste my time replying since I'm the one who started the thread.
Ellen, are you getting some kind of incentives from them? You're so quick to believe the "excuse" that this casino owner provides, and completely disregard the number of complaints listed on this thread.
If my problem was easily solved with one email, you think I would be here wasting my time complaining and warning others?
I emailed them numerous times, call them, submitted my claim to casino grumbles, winnersplayground, realtime gaming dispute page, and had nothing but a silent treatment from this casino! I still have not heard from them. I guess the only positive portion of all this is that I received my deposit back, but they kept all my winnings.
If they do not want winners in their "loosers playground" then do not offer any business!
Give me a break lady.
