I have to give Extreme a grade of C for now. I played there this weekend for the first time. Deposited by Neteller, got a bonus, lost quite a few more than I won, and then asked to cash out the amount of my orig bonus back to Neteller. As anyone who plays RTG casinos knows, withdrawing back to your credit card is not of the withdrawl options in the software. You request an overnight check, and the casino is smart enough to know to credit back to your card if it can.

Well, not Extreme. I got an email back, "withdrawl denied" no reason given except, "if you want to know why, email us." Why not just tell me? So I email and they reply fairly quickly, they say I need a faxback form. I'm not opposed to giving them one but I have never been asked for one for a simple reverse back to my card, especially for Neteller where there is no physical card anyway. So I email back and point out that all I want is a reverse back, and they reply, oh in that case just request it again and we will zip the money back to your Neteller account "within the hour".

I email back asking how to request, since a reverse back to the card is not one of the options offered. No reply this time. So I request the overnight check again. This generates the same denial as the first time. Sheesh. So I email back and ask again how to do this. No reply.

So then shame on me....I get antsy and play with the money, VERY quickly losing it. Now I know that RTG is streaky, and I have played many thousands of hands and have seen it all, but the money practically evaporated it went so fast. But like I said, RTG is like that and shame on me for being impatient.

Customer service not so good, so I will not be back unless they can prove to me they can do better.
