Is that a casino that is a casino+sportsbook, or a stand alone casino.
Casinos that area related to a sportsbook like IslandCasino, Pyramidcasino.com, etc. you cannot do Paypal since today. I guess that is your case.
A personal note: I would not recommend you trying such things more then twice, if you do not wish to get account locked and stuff like that.
