Most online casinos are legal entities in the country that they are licensed. I don't think that all online casinos have been served numerous lawsuits.

If the DOS originates in the USA, the casino would have to present itself in a US court to pursue a prosecution, would it not?

Online casinos cannot legally operate in the USA, is that not true?

How would a casino proceed against a person promulgating such an attack from US soil? Were you answering that question?

There are over 1700 online casinos, and growing. ALL of them may not have current legal action pending against them. But let any one of them present themselves as a legal entity in the USA, and that WILL CHANGE really fast!!
