I'm sorry to say this but these guys have been everything except upfront. They've lied to me repeatedly on the phone as to why my cheque hadn't been send out. First they hadn't recieved my payment details, then they had fallen behind on processing withdrawels, then the audit was still going on but was finished just the day I called, the next time I called it was ongoing again, then it was finished again and I would be paid the next day, then I would be paid the next week and finally I recieved an email saying I would be paid May 31! They never even told me that they cancelled payment on my first cheque. I had to call Proc Cyber myself to find out about that. Upfront? That's a laugh....
