They were on the Not Recommended list before OPA made all RTG not recommended.
They were put on for refusing to pay a couple big winners.

The are one of their groups (along with GoldenComs, Onluck) that give RTG their bad reputation.

Their thing now seems to be to send out VIP promotion offers to players ia email, then when they try to claim the bonus they say no because they aren;t on their VIP list.
Some players then decided to call to make sure even though they got the email. The casino says yes they are on the list until the player makes their deposit and tries to claim the bonus. Then they say they aren't on the list.
Not personal experince, but it's happened to a number of members of arious posting forums.

Seems like a scummy thing to do.
