No, they are thieves. They stole my PayPal deposit and refused to credit it to my account until I filed a complaint with PayPal.
After meeting all their requirements and sending them all their faxback forms and identification, they keep denying my withdrawal and will not give me a reason. They have stolen $245 from me.
