hi everyone...wow, i didn't expect this to take off like it did! here's a few answers to all the questions going round...
SlyCin, and anyone who agrees, my nationality (and username) is completely irrelevant and bears no link with 9/11 - in fact, it is ery naive and narrow-minded to say so - because i am of arab origin, does that make me a terrorist? Does that mean i have to hide on 9/11 and after? Do you think i support what happened on that day? Please wake up and live in the real world...i am half british (mother) half lebanese (father), my surname is ery lebanese and yes, i am a Roman Catholic arab and i live in london. without wanting to turn this into a political debate - are all arabs terrorists?
Anyhow, here's further insight into the elements that matter here.
Yes, i did register 2 days ago and yes my intention was solely to criticise NetClub, but only as a player myself who was ripped off by a casino...i can live without the money i won, and no one will see any mention of my casino - so i am not plugging it - i am simply a player who got ripped off, who happens to work for another casino. Would you have posted it if you were in my position?
The debates regarding whether or not i am eligible for the money are fairly simple, and this is why i became frustrated enough to post this message...I am eligible, irrespective of my culture, nationality, job, skin colour, character, hobbies. Why? Because their terms and conditions do not state otherwise - that's why NetClub are con-artists. It really doesn't matter whether it was free money or my money - it always comes back to their terms and conditions - which i have not breached - they have.
It is true i did not make it clear who i was when i joined - but yet again, let's go back to the T's & C's - i am not obliged to!
Another point that i'd love to know the answer to, is how on earth did they find out (fyi, TedM., i used a Yahoo email address)? I don't know anyone there and their reply was short and simple "you work for aqua gaming, we are not in the business of giving free money to our competitors", although that is not far from the truth, it is not the case. I work for an affiliated casino to aqua, whose name i will not mention, as promised above. how they found out, i'd truly love to know. I feel like Big Brother is watching me. anyone any ideas? I was playing at work...
Since i posted this message, i wrote to them to ask how they intend to progress the situation - I have had no response.
and jetset - the choice of name is exactly that quirky sense of british humour, although i feel like i can get away with it due to my nationality :-)
