I'm discussing his accepting free money from another casino, without disclosing that he was a competing casino's employee.

I really don't see how it matters that he accepted free money and worked at another casino. He's still just another customer.

If a Mirage employee signs up for a player's card at Sam's Town and receives $10 worth of coins, no one raises an eyebrow. And it happens all the time in U.S. gambling markets.

And why would the guy ever disclose anything? He wasn’t doing anything shady, so why would he even bother to tell Netclub that he worked at a casino? Why would he even think this would be something that needs to be disclosed? And they don’t ask for this information on their sign-up form.
