Casino Kingdom Good : (1) They paid me in
full which includes my deposit money and
bonus money and winnings money (2) Their
e-mail support is ery good. They answer
quickly

Casino Kingdom Bad : (1) They require at
least 2 forms of ID before cashing out.
THEY DO NOT STATE THIS UPFRONT TO THE
CUSTOMER. THEY ALSO DO NOT LET THE CUSTOMER
KNOW THIS WHEN HE CASHES OUT. I had to find
this out 8 to 10 days later when i began
to wonder why they did not send me my money
to my PayPal account. THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT
THEY NEED ADDITIONAL FORMS OF ID. (2)They
do not offer telephone support. They offer
a call-back service which they did not call
me back on after 3 attempts over two days.
I was told by CS in an email that they don't
like using it because it is more efficient
to answer queries by email. IN THAT CASE,
DON'T OFFER IT ON YOUR SITE. I thought that
to be approved as an OPA casino , a casino
had to offer telephone support. Casino Kingdom is OPA approved.(3) I had already
sent all these additional forms of ID to Casino Kingdom's sister casino some time ago.
This casino is Captain Cooks.But it seems
that these two casinos don't work closely together or otherwise they would have not
required these duplicate ID's
