Proc-Cyber is microgaming's whipping boy. I was the ictim of a scheme perpetrated by Riverbelle and spreading through the Jackpot Factory Group that I had done a chargeback of 500. after a session with Riverbelle.
At that point I had not played at Riverbelle in over 1 month, and they had a credit card number that was close to mine, but no cigar.
After pleading with them at least a few times ia email that I HAD NEVER DONE A CHARGEBACK, EVER. They just replied that they didn't believe me and would no longer do business with anyone who would chargeback their credit card.
Bottom line, I'm locked out of Jackpot Factory, Riverbelle, Lucky Nugget, and about 5 other sites without justification or any proof.
They worked this slimy deal out after I had too many Royals, especially at the Jackpot Factory Group.
They monitor these boards, and are especially indictive to those who expose them.
I never use my board name at their sites.
