Topic: Proc-cyber makes things right. (kind of) Forum: Winner Online

My money from 2 casino accounts, has been tied up with them for over 30 days now. Are they really security measures or profit measures? I have had first time cashouts with casinos that have been processed in less that 24 hours. I would enture to speculate that these "measures" are nothing more that "profit" windfalls for proc cyber. I mean really, they take the money from said account, paypal, firepay, credit card,or some other payment mechanism, and then they need an entire month, and tons of documents, to erify that "you are who you are", when they are sending the money back to the same account that they got it from? Give me a break!
