It seems like a rather sweeping unsubstantiated statement. I, for one, have not been banned. (Famous last words - Knock on wood).
And Vickinz - Is Caruso correct in his assessment of how you "received don't-care treatment".You weren't too specific. If so, I'm not sure why you would think you deserve a bonus before the wagering requirements have been meant. I'm kinda glad they "say what they mean, and mean what they say" as it works both ways.
