I can't stick up for this poster. This is an English Harbor Casino and these terms are clear IMO.

Purpose

First Purchase Offer
The Welcome Bonus will be added to a player's initial purchase, following registration as a Real Player. Subsequent Purchases will not qualify.
Minimum Purchase and Bonus Amounts
The minimum eligible purchase for the Welcome Bonus is $100. Initial purchases for more than $100 will be subject to a maximum Bonus of $100.
Example:
A first purchase of $30.00 receives a $0 bonus amount.
A first purchase of $50.00 receives a $0 bonus amount.
A first purchase of $100.00 receives a $100 bonus amount.
A first purchase of $150.00 receives a $100 bonus amount.
Minimum Level of Play
Players must wager at least 15 times the bonus amount ($1500) to cash-in increases in their real money balance resulting from playing the bonus amount. Bonus credits may not be cashed in, and must be put into play before players can use real money balances. Bonus chips will be deposited into your player bonus account.
Wagers made on Baccarat, Craps and/or Roulette will not count towards the Minimum Level of Play.
Player Abuse
Players who attempt to cash-in amounts more than their initial purchase before reaching the Minimum Level of Play requirement may be restricted from using their accounts.
Restrictions:
The Welcome Bonus offer is not open to players from Denmark. The distribution of the Welcome Bonus remains at the discretion of EH New Ventures Inc.'s management.
