It's because you contacted support.

DO NOT ever ever EVER contact support to ask about the terms of a bonus when there is a possibility they are giving out a better bonus than expected IN ERROR.

Because they may fix it and you ruin it for all the other whores. So if you got 10x when everyone else got 7x, just do it... take one for the team... suck it up....

Have we considered the possibility that Mohammed is full of shit, and that the bonus is actually supposed to be a 7x? Perhaps my memory is sketchy but I dont think this is the first (or even the second time) that PR has offered a 7x reload in the last few months.
