My experience is to win in the Sportsbook, and then lose it in their (whoever's) casino. Only exception was with Intertops, where I actually built up my account by a factor of 4 (in the casino).. . and then, as usual, watch it SLIDE straight down to nothing (in the casino).
I think I may have found one, Pacific Casino/Sportsbook. But I can't find any good payout reports on them?
If anyone knows of a Casino w. Sportsbook that has a FAIR casino - I sure would like to try it and report back to this board.
