Sorry about the delay in getting back to you. I've had both Players Help and ECash Direct looking for account information for you for a couple days and they have yielded nothing.
There are a couple things about your post that I can't figure out so I am going to need your help. You e-mailed up on September 5, which indicates your "referee" played early. As this was a new feature at this point (mid August), we had no play on it during the time in question. Players are using it now and I am getting data on it so I know it works. There is a possibility that your referee didn't play the prerequisite amount needed for you to claim your cash.
Regardless. Two apologies.
1 - I'm sorry about your experience with Players Help. Rest assured I have passed this post on to them.
2 - Your trouble getting a hold of theduke@dukesgaming.com. I get several e-mails to this address a day so I can't figure out what went wrong. The best solution is for you to try e-mailing that address again. Also, just to be sure, cc. "feedback@jackpotmania.com". Jackpot Mania is the WagerLogic jackpot portal that houses our progressive jackpots. If I don't get your message, they should and will forward to me, and hopefully I can figure out what is wrong. As soon as I get your account number, regardless of whether your referee played the wagering limit, I will deposit the cash in your account IMMEDIATELY.
