UPDATE: I was paid this morning. Everything is resolved.

Guys just want your opinion on this. I am relatively new to online gaming. Not sure if this is common.

I played at Duke's for a few months now, and was always paid ery quickly. Then I decided to take on this offer

So I referred two friends that I thought might be interested (in August). They registered and played. After I did not get any money for a few weeks I emailed them on Sep 5th. No reply. Then I sent 4 more emails. No reply again.

I called the 800 number several times, and I was told that they could not help me and I should contact the casino. The last conversation went like this:

Me: but I wrote them 5 times and they never answered
Shaun the supervisor: keep writing, we cannot help you, we are technical support
Me: what are the chances they will answer my email no 6?
Shaun the supervisor: there is nothing we can do
Me: well, is there any other way to contact them except this email address (theduke@dukesgaming.com)?
Shaun the supervisor: No that is the only way
Me: but they did not answer five times since September 5!
Shaun the supervisor: You have to keep writing somebody will eventually answer, they must read them, we cannot help you, we do not work for the casino
Me: whom do you work for?
Shaun the supervisor: we do not work for the casino
Me: you work for Cryptologic, right?
Shaun the supervisor: yes, but we are tech support
Me: can I have some contact information of someone at Cryptologic who works with this casino?
Shaun the supervisor: No we do not give out this information
Me: Shaun, can I have your last name for the record?
Shaun the supervisor: we do not give out this information.
Me: so the only information you give out is the email address from where no one replies and the phone number were people redirect me to that email address?
Shaun the supervisor: There is nothing we can do
Me: If there is nothing you can do I am going to ask publicly for an advise on this.
Shaun the supervisor: that is FINE.
Me: good bye then
Shaun the supervisor: hangs-up

Again, I was paid my winnings within a few days @ Duke’s, so I do not understand what the problem is. William hill credited my account (cash balance) within 24 hrs of referral!
