I'm having some major problems with Crystal Palace Casino right now. They're trying to oid US$800.00 of fair winnings!
I played with them twice. The first time, I deposited $150 and did their sign-up offer. I won about $350.
Then a friend sent me another code good for a 30% bonus on a $500 deposit, plus an extra 10% bonus for using NETeller. I had received this offer for High Rollers Lounge, so I though that I was eligible for both, but had deleted the offer from Crystal Palace by accident. I had to reverse my original cashout in order to make another deposit. After I made my deposit, the 30% bonus was credit and I emailed support for the extra 10% bonus. Support quickly credited the $50 bonus and wished me a good session. I had a ery good session and won $350 on top of the bonus amount thanks to a straight flush. I cashed out my winnings after fulfulling their wagering requirements since I was ahead by a nice amount. Later, I sent in the fax back information they requested and checked the status of my account. My entire cashin had been reversed! I emailed them about it and they said that I had claimed a promotion for which I was not eligible. I told them that it was a honest oversight (it was) and to remove the $200 bonus since I was not eligible for it.
They then responded by saying all of my winnings, including those for my previous session were oid and that my account would be locked!
I played at Crystal Palace in good faith and risked my own money to obtain the total of $800 of winnings in my account.
I think they're just looking for any excuse not to pay winning players. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from both Crystal Palace Casino and High Rollers Lounge for the time being.
