That's true, CPA - we don't deal with Customer Service people, only managers and aff managers; in fact, I'll turn in a rude and/or non-responsible CSR so fast, their head will be spinning.
And I can assure you, Zrap - the owners and managers know who we are. And we're not a player association; never have been, never will be.
Just FYI - we had 7600+ page iews this last Sunday - a SLOW day.
