Based on this general description they could choose not to pay anyone period. Ever..

Prior to taking a test in a college class the Professor asked for attention and then gave the answer to question 17 and predicted that someone in the class would answer that question incorrectly. He was right, someone did answer the question incorrectly.

I predict that someone, after reading Mary's initial post in this thread, will play one of these casinos.
