I'm sure they think they have security issues but, what they are, I can't imagine for the ery reasons you mention. Such a bank statement would prove nothing. If it's a matter of erifying name and address that might be one thing but a stmt showing funding to Neteller? Love to know what planet they are living on. A few months months back I had to send credit card stmts, bank stmts, ID's (again), a signed form of one credit card purchase over 18 months ago just to get a credit card deleted I hadn't used in 18 months. I think I had 8 attachments before I was done. Have to black out account numbers, etc. Talk about a mountain out of a molehill.
You can't do chargebacks on Neteller can you?
Copies of bank stmts showing fundings to Neteller is the most absurd request I can think of. I think this was after I answered some survey on solicting comments on how to improve things. Anyone do that survey?

Anyway, you could try saving the attachments to your hard drive and opening them up from there with the appropriate application, if you don't think they carry a irus.
