During this weekend I decided to accept a promotional offer from Roxy Palace. Because their offers are rather bad Iīve not accepted any before, but I felt like playing so I accepted the bonus.
The offer was a DIRECT offer sent to me including my account number, just like theyīve sent direct offers for every weekend during several months.
The rules of the promotion said that one needed to deposit during the weekend, then the bonus would be credited today (monday):
I deposited on sunday. Received an e-mail late on sunday saying I had received the bonus. I went in to the casino today to play. In the casino I found that the bonus had been REMOVED!
I e-mailed them and they claimed that they had the right to withdraw any bonus according to their T&Cs (just like other casinos have in their T&Cs)! I e-mailed back and forth but they offered NO solution what so ever!
So... Roxy Palace sent me a DIRECT offer. I did my part, followed the rules and NEVER got the chance to play before being deemed abusive! Thus, they lured me to deposit by offering a bonus with NO INTENTION of honoring the offer!
A nice way for a scumbag casino to STEAL some interest and improve a lousy cashpool! Maybe they are so under funded that they need to "borrow" some money from their players instead of getting proper financing for which they need to PAY.
All along Iīve thougth Roxy Palace was just a regular fair and square Microgaming casino, now I know better!
AVOID THEM! If they didnīt want to offer me any bonuses that would be fine with me, but when they send offers specifically for me itīs FRAUD not to honor the bonus. In my country it would also be ILLEGAL if a local company did such a thing.
