While this is an interesting idea I don't see how you can do any analysis without introducing a possible bias. Obviously a hand with 4 dealt to a Royal is interesting but only because of the nature of the game. I believe there are over 2.5 million possible starting hands and for the analysis you suggest each one should be analyzed - an obvious impossibility given the size of the data set.
