Topic: Playtech Vide Poker: 0.6% likely to be randomly dealt Forum: Winner Online

I just thought I'd point out that the probability figure attained isn't that damning for Playtech. It's still quite possible in a fair game if the luck was against you. It's translates to about 1 chance in 150 as someone else said. I haven't really looked into it in any detail though!

You could question the cut off point of the data. Maybe this was only published when it was found that the probability of one or more of the casinos had questionable results.

Also, due to testing more than one casino software type, the probabilities are a few times less bad than they seem. For example, if in an extreme case there were 1000 casinos tested then it would be expected, even if all the casinos were fair, that some of the results would be much worse than Playtechs figures.

It's probably safer to assume that all the casinos are rigged in some way, since players aren't able to tell for sure.
