I had that problem in The Sands.
Try requesting your funds in increments. Let's say you have $150, don't request $150 at once, try requesting $100 AND $50. It costs you a buck more but it worked for me last time.
Yeah, their customer support is clueless...maybe incompetent is more appropriate.
