Topic: Intercasino Freezes My Funds Forum: Winner Online

Intercasino recently froze my account.

I can neither withdraw my funds nor can I
transfer my funds to my IntercasinoPoker
account.

I can only continue to play my funds at the
Intercasino casino site.

A number of phone calls to ECash have
resulted in no solution to this problem.

I have not been told exactly why all my
money has been frozen or when it will be
taken care of SPECIFICALLY.

Only one email to Intercasino has been
returned and I am told that they are looking
into it.

I have fulfilled all bonus requirements
at both Intercasino sites.

This is the 2nd time that I have encountered
this problem at Intercasino in the past few
months.

They unfroze my account the first time w/o
explanation. I assumed it was a glitch.
So I returned again. Now they forze my
account again.

I used to consider Intercasino one of the
top five casino sites on the net. No Longer.

First, they are slow in responding to email.
Secondly, they refer most problems over to
their cash handler which is ECash. And
third of all, some of the people I have
recently talked to at ECash don't have a
clue as to what is going on.

I stopped playing at many casino sites
because of lousy customer service.
Now Intercasino is beginning to get lousy
with the customer service.

I first noticed this at their IntercasinoPoker site when they started up.

They essentially had no customer service
there.Now, what they have is barebones
customer service.

For some reason, they were a better company
a year ago then they are now.

When a problem arises, SOMEONE needs to step
in and take care of it. I have found no one
at Intercasino or ECash so far that will.
