I just gave cloud nine a try.
In order to see the statics, I tried to play as many hands as possible. I played jack and better (8/5) with payout 97.3. because it's the most stable ideo poker.

hands played : 740
total payout : 93.51%

The payout is not too far away from the espected alue, usually I'd espect such a deviation in 200 hands, not 740 hands.
This software is ery ery streaky, I've seen winning hands after winning hands, or keep loosing nonstop such as 40 hands show up with nothing. It's more like a slot machine to me rather than a VP game.
