Do you know any providers that do NOT take a royalty fee? I know Oddson used to be proud of their low royalty (I believe it was 18%), and they should be, why would anyone license their software otherwise? Will operators see a possibility of increasing their profits by running rigged games or will they believe that players will avoid it due to the bad rep? I really hope the latter is the correct answer.
