Thanks Mary for clearing up those first 2 points for me. As to the third, I was looking for sources of Basic Strategy on the new Blackjack Switch game which I abbreviate BJS, not regular BJ BS with which I'm pretty comfortable in all its multiple manifestations. I suspect, without buying it, that the BJSwitch card at custom strategy cards is the same as the Wiz's. And it's the Wiz's BS that I have questions about. It differs in several aspects from other ery knowlegable, but unpublished, sources of the game. But it is the only published strategy I know about for Blackjack Switch in its entirety.

If the Wiz had used his own play/switch strategy based on his EV's in his table, he only would have answered 4 out of 5 questions right in a quiz given by the creators of the game on rge21.com a few months back which is what started my questions. Obviously they both can't be right. And, since then, I've learned they differ on 6 plays of Basic Strategy. Needless to say that makes me nuts. So I use the BS from the other sources, as I consider them more credible than the Wiz, if you can believe that, and use the Wiz's EV's for ALL play/switch decisions. My results so far are a disappointing negative 0.98% - not that close to the purported -0.05% HA over 4600 hands (yes fairly meaningless).

None of this has anything to do with MainStreet Group, except that's one of the places I played this new game. Despite my questions about it, I do like it. At least it alleviates the robot play of 000's hands of BJ. And I find it fun.

As to your first point - I just hope they weren't saving money by converting to cheaper software because they couldn't afford RTG any longer. Do RTG, or most major software licensees, pay a monthly % of gross/net profits to the provider of the software?
