Topic: WagerLogic terminated its license agreement with Dukes Forum: Winner Online

Here's the response from Cryptologic. With Dukes Gaming down I doubt we will get anything out of them.

See also the other thread on Dukes 1 million on this board.

"The $1 million promotion was a marketing initiative undertaken by Dukes, which we believe the draw was never held. Through its subsidiaries, CryptoLogic is ensuring players' winnings, account balances and comps will be paid out and players should contact ECash Direct for assistance. The messages to players was updated to clarify this point.

As the license agreement is confidential, we are not at liberty to disclose why Dukes' license was terminated. The decision was an issue between the licensor, WagerLogic, and licensee. The surety bond does not apply as winnings and funds owing to players will be paid out. What we can say is that the termination was not due to a misappropriation of funds nor related to Dukes' relationship with players.

I'm not aware that Dukes has any land-based interests, but have access to a large player base through FreeLotto.com.

Dukes is licensed in Curacao."
