Topic: WagerLogic terminated its license agreement with Dukes Forum: Winner Online

Yep - site's down alright. It is just displaying the Wagerlogic letter. And emails to the casino bounce.

This is going to raise some interesting questions regarding liability for any unpaid players in regard to winnings/bonuses - the letter mentions deposits and comp points being refunded by ECash Direct but not other owed monies.

This could be a case where Cryptologic's reported insurance of $100K per player account is called in?

We have asked for further explanations from Cryptologic on the abrupt closure.

Meanwhile what's the story from Dukes? For three days they have ignored our emails and now chaser emails are bouncing. Dukes is reputed to be a land-based owner too, so that may open up avenues of redress for stiffed players.
