I find Crockfords to be dead slow to download, slow to make the secure connection, and slow to run. It's a gently mind bending experience.
Far better IMO is Stanley's Acropolis Casino. I've played quite a lot there, & it seems fair, gameplay's fast enough, & good rules for BJ etc.
Stanley seem to prefer making their own software, rather than buying it off the shelf. So it's a little eccentric, but the main thing is these guys won't (deliberately) rip you off. They're a large, successful quoted company, with a good reputation.
I must qualify that last statement by saying that in the few games I played at crockfords it seemed the dealer had disproportionate luck! Anyway...
Recently, I tried to use their new Star City Casino, but couldn't purchase either by debit card or by NETeller. Don't know why. It's a bit typical of the way their idiosyncratic software runs. I suppose it'll get sorted eventually!
