Well the bonuses in question were for Fortune Room and Royal Vegas ($250 in total not received). The Fortune Room promotion didn't require an opt in for some unknown reason (it explicitly mentioned no-opt was required for that promotion) and with the Royal Vegas one I opted in twice to be sure (once when I read the email and then again before I deposited a day or so later). I also opted in to a few of the others that I didn't get around to playing but I don't think that would have mattered.
The main point is that their customer service is irtually non-existant. Their promises to email me were worthless because the emails never materialised. Last time I was told I'd definitely receive an email within 14(?) hours and it never arrived, as usual.
It isn't just to do with bonuses either. They reversed my initial purchase with Fortune Room for no apparent reason. I only realised nearly 2 years later and they don't seem to know how much I need to wager for it now. I had $60 in the account for all that time without anyone notifying me about it. I only logged in because I received a mystery christmas bonus for that account only. I couldn't log in and when I had my password reset I asked them how much the mystery bonus was and they said it was only $5 but that I had money left in the account already.
It almost seemed like a ploy to make me wager more than necessary by making me think they had given me a $65 bonus because if I hadn't had to reset the password, I would never have known the bonus amount. This bonus was a mystery amount.

"Subject: Christmas surprise - no purchase required!" Santa has jumped down your chimney early this year and has left a little something in your Fortune Room Casino account number xxxxxxxxx...Yes, your pre-Christmas gift has already been deposited into your account and is ready and waiting! Use this free money to have a couple of bets on us and all your Christmas wishes could soon be coming true!
Of course, I tried cashing in after wagering more than enough but this was reversed too! They notified me after reversing this stating I needed to wager another $251! The $60 already in the account turned out to be a previously reversed amount (although from over 21 months ago) but they never notifed me about that reversal! I thought I just forgot to cash it in but I would have wagered enough anyway and not been $251 short! They haven't explained this amount required and couldn't even tell me what the wagering requirements were!
