I checked my email and I did not have any messages from the Fortune Room.

So far, so good.

I played there a lot during that weekend, so I decided to check what were those hours?

NOONE at Fortune Room knows. I called several times. It looks like they did not even know what I was talking about.

I am willing to assume that the promo is genuine and that there is some guy at Fortune Lounge somewhere who knows all about it, but does not tell anyone.

Apart from the obvious problems, there is another practical difficulty with this situation. It takes several emails or phone calls to get credited the promos that are "guaranteed." One can assume it will take several reminders to get credit for the promos that are won by chance. Of cause, people that do not know they won will not email or call them. Now this is not so good.

So, what were the hours, Fortune Room?
