First, I'm glad your account isn't locked. Second, I agree its their right to lockout any player. I also think if a casino locks you out they owe an explanation of their actions (bonus hunting, geographic location, or just too lucky). I’m sure you’d also agree it’s my right to complain when a casino mistreats one of their customers.

As for the T&C, I can assure you I’ve done nothing wrong. Yet my account has been locked and supposedly there’s some sort of investigation going on. Trouble is, since they’ve never contacted me – I find it hard to believe.

My fear in all this, of course, is somehow being blacklisted on ProcCyber’s system for an offence I never committed. My experience with computers and databases is that “bad” information is harder to delete and the longer my account stays locked for no cause the more likely I’ll have problems in the future.
