Ehhh? They´ve obviously made a mistake and they have told you that they will credit your account when you send the e-mail. What is your problem?

You still seem to be ery naive after playing so many casinos,you think just because they are a big operation that they would never do anything dishonest and it has to be a mistake.
I soppose you think all politicians,priests and police are 100% honest aswell.
