If a casino is "off the norm" a bit by no means EVERY player will lose. That would be really dumb. I've won numerous times at allegedy "proven" fixed casinos and have lost badly at some of the "finest." Never complain. There are just some specific sessions that are so totally absurd and off the wall it makes you scratch your gonads.

Let's use the paranoic reasoning (stricly hypothetical of course) that maybe the way some of these places work is to have a specific payout percentage requirement at the end of a specific period. How they get to this set number could be done in a myriad of ways.
