Boss is by far not in a better shape then World Gaming. World Gaming is currently doing nearly the double size in revenues. This means much more cash-flow for the organization. Boss had an negative cash-flow in the average of 2 Mio$ for 2001. (ca. 8 Mio$ for the year). Their revenue fell 45% from Q4/2000 to Q4/2001. I do not see a heavy increase for them in sales/royalties to compensate the cash burn for 2002. World Gaming has the better position cause they earned money in Q4 and announced record revenues. For a potential financing this looks much better than a 45% slash down in revs and a 2 Mio cash burn / month. Additionally Q1 is Super Bowl and March Madness which will bring Q1 into the same level as Q4 for World Gaming.
