Is it all resolved now? I emailed them on 2nd April suggesting they resolve their problems. It was quite a long email and I gave them the link to this thread.

They replied after a few days but I only just read it because I hadn't checked the inbox for a while. They did read the email straight away and go to my site but they took a while to reply. I didn't email their affiliate manager but he was the one who replied.
