Casino Solei should be able to take care of this account by itself. The rolling reserve is not so large that it should cause a major problem - at least I doubt it is. If they cannot repay the amounts and wait the six months themselves, I would assume that they do not have financial strength and all of their claims about land-based operations and stuff are just plain hokey-pokey.

Sara - trust me - my account gets locked on a regular basis, even when I don't do gaming transactions! Every time I log in there is some BS about "Have you been travelling, we detected an IP in Thailand".

I'm not saying PayPal is angelic, far from it LOL. But even if everything here were to be essentially true, I cannot support the recommendation that the Casino Solei people have made under any circumstances.

Also - if you are going to open a merchant account with PayPal, you are NOT going to use an AOL address unless you are extremely naive. Especially if you intend to process gaming transactions as a casino.

As for staying away from PayPal? I think that's what they want you to do now anyhow LOL... but unfortunately it was also the most convenient method of making deposits into a casino.

Let me send some email to my friend and see what he has to say about this... LOL...
