I actually see nothing wrong with what Casino Solei is doing. If I ran a casino, and Paypal decided to hold all my $$$ hostage for 6 months, I might ery well do the same thing.
1) Casino Solei is offering to pay amounts in excess of original deposit ia bankdraft, Neteller, or PrePaidATM.
2) Casino Solei is encouraging players to charge back thier original deposit through paypal, so as to receive thier funds in 1-2 weeks rather than wait 6 months. This is acceptable to me, providing the players truly do receive all of thier deposits WITHIN 2 WEEKS.
I do not think Casino Solei is in any way PUNISHING the players by asking them to do this, since it is a win-win situation for both player and casino:
1) This frees up the $$$ the player depsosited ia paypal.
2) The player gets paid in full.
3) The casino doesn't have to reach into its own pocket and pay millions of $$$ it can't afford. If the casino took responsibility for this mess, it could cause thier balance sheet to go into the red, or possibly put them out of business.
If Paypal takes LONGER than 2 weeks to reimburse players for chargebacks, then Paypal, in my opinion, should be held liable.
