Julie at GG managed to mediate a case there recently, so that may be a good avenue that has already established contact with the owner, one "Don Fortune" (!)
I wonder whether you guys shouln't get together with a sort of "class action" complaint through Julie?
After that, it looks as if the olume of complaints against this operation is building alarmingly and RTG will have to be pressured into policing their licensee again.
