I myself like RTG the best and they offer fair games. Unfortunately their reputation is bad, so bad I would only play it on fun mode. Way too many RTG casinos rip their customers off and the word "RTG" has become a dirty word in this business.
MG and Boss are both good and their reputation are the among the top. The downside is that they charge you quite a bit each month.
I don't know how much cryptologic charge casino owners. Their software is okay although some of us might question its fairness. (it's most likely due to the poor programming on the randomess of games, but it might still be fair) They have good reputation too because they ALWAYS pay and pay fast.
Playtech was okay but their fairness is questionable now especially after their VP was analyzed by a third party. Some playtech casinos pay their customers VERY slowly and I even had a no-pay situation with a playtech casino. At least their reputation is slightly better than RTG.
IGM and clockmedia both had a questionable past but I've played them both recently and I believe they offer fair games now. They pay and pay fast so they will build up their reputation in time. They should be cheaper than the above softwares.
Gambling Federation might be the most low cost solution for new casinos. They offer fair game (At least their BJ is fair, I didn't enough experience on their other games to draw any conclusion), strong promotions and they pay in a timely manner. The problem is some of their casinos are ruining the repuations for the whole group.
When it comes to graphics, it's a personal taste however I do suggest you pick software with "big cards". The elders are among the most alued customers, if they can't see the cards (or slots) clearly they won't play.
You might want to shop around for the best deals. My word of advice is to read every lines of their offers carefully and don't offer bonuses you can't afford to give out.
