I must point out that participating a bonus should not be considered as "bonus abuse". I shop only with coupons or whenever they have a discount, noone ever refer me as bad customer whatsoever.
So far I never have any casino labeled me as "bonus abuser" and I never have any lock out problem.
The "abuse" term should only apply to those who iolate the rules, ie, play with mutiple accounts, do charge back after cashin etc.
Of course casinos reserve the right to kick out anyone they dislike and set up rules.
Players on the other hand can play anywhere, any play style they like as long as they are playing by the rules.
If casinos offer something they can't afford, it's their problem.
It's time for them to stop using "abuse" and use "not-preferred" instead.
