Sarah,

Your group has NOTHING to do with combating outright fraud and everything to do with combating bonus hunters. Trouble is, since your group doesn’t specifically define bonus hunting – you leave this up to individual casinos – your existence serves no purpose except to use as an excuse for casinos to deny players bonus withdrawals.

For three months, I waited for Vegas Towers to pay me. During this time my account was locked and I was basically treated like as criminal. The only information I could get was that the security department (Risk Sentinel?) had detected suspicious behavior on my part and NOTHING could be done to reopen my account and/or pay me. There was no attempt by Vegas Towers to contact me and had I not been so diligent in my collection attempts I’m sure I never would have been paid.

I want to be specific on two points. One, there was no outright fraud on my part. I’ve never done a chargeback and have never been a ictim of identity theft. I’ve never complained about a casino being rigged or given even the slightest hint that I might cause trouble after the fact. I do have accounts a arious Proc-Cyber casinos and have benefited greatly from bonuses paid under arious terms and conditions. If anything, Proc-Cyber can’t seem to keep my details straight. Sometimes I get ACHs after requesting checks and checks after requesting ACHs. I’ve even had problems with ghost FirePay transactions that Proc-Cyber failed to process. The bottom line is I’ve never done a chargeback and/or acted in a fraudulent manner.

The second point I want to make is that there was absolutely no contact from either Vegas Towers and/or Risk Sentinel trying to straighten out my problem – FOR THREE MONTHS! Actions speak louder than words. If you really thought I was a criminal the least you could do is have someone call me and get my side of things… But as I said in the first paragraph of this post, Risk Sentinel has NOTHING to do with combating fraud and everything to do with giving casinos an excuse for keeping money that doesn’t belong to them. For that reason I’m calling on EVERYONE who reads this post to boycott all Proc-Cyber supported casinos.
