Sara, you may misread our product information - firstly the aim of RiskSentinel is to prevent the fraudulent use of credit cards and individuals data. This is in order to protect the innocent ictim whose credit cards and / or identity has been compromised as well as protect our clients trading environment. As I am sure you are aware Identity theft is one of the fastest growing crimes worldwide, and can certainly be frightening for ictims.
We have many clients and are adding new ones daily. Each client is carefully screened to ensure they meet all necessary professional standards, including data protection.
I can assure you that all our casinos are ery protective of their consumers information and all information is kept at casino level. It is always the decision of the casino how they wish to react to a consumer, we as a Product provider cannot and would not make decisions for our clients.
If casinos do require to share any information it would have to be on strictly agreed and signed criteria, which would include copies of their privacy policies indicating this to consumers. This does not in fact currently happen. Although there is the facility to register reported stolen or compromised cards.
It is unfortunate that we operate in a world where fraud is rife, it costs all of us as consumers and credit cards holders a great deal of money in the long run. As a professional organisation our goal is the protection of consumers and clients alike.
If you have had difficulty transacting at a particular casino I suggest you ask the casino management to provide you with full reasons for any difficulties you may have suffered.
