The sense is this:

After every player puts both his bonus and his deposit on one hand of baccarat the total amount of money available to all players will be (more or less) the same as before making the bet. However, the total amount of dollars having to be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn will be cut in half. Of course, not every player plays the double or nothing strategy but if enough do it is clearly a reason for excluding the games that allows the player to make 50/50 bets.

I did mention before you could argue that. What is the difference though if a player plays a big wager in a game that counts towards the wagering? I don't think it matters what game you play. You could play the strategy on any of the games. It would have the same effect.

Also, I wouldn't say it would then average half the wagering amount if players always did this because the player will also have less chance of busting out and would therefore wager more on average if he almost doubled his money. With some of these deals there's a high chance of busting out before meeting the requirements so the average amount of wagers is lower than expected. If the players had to deposit more to get the bonus or they used a doubling strategy, it would be in favour of the casinos in a way because the players wouldn't bust as often and so the average amount of wagers would be increased (meaning more profit for the casinos). I mentioned all this before but I don't know if it makes much difference and it doesn't really matter which game you play to use this strategy.

It all depends on the chance of busting out but it aries according to how big the players bet. Casinos probably find this hard to understand though because they often think big size bettors are something they want! Big bettors would lose them money if everyone played to the requirements and not much more. They should prefer smaller bets to ensure the player completes the requirements without busting.
