These are just two examples of how the T&C SHOULD sound if play is truly prohibited from certain games.

Doesn't anyone else find these newish rules a bit stupid for the casino? Casinos tend to copy terms from each other and maybe the original statement about the games not counting towards requirements got distorted into this new rule! I keep saying that there's no financial sense in banning these games if the casino requires the full play through (from non-excluded games) before any withdrawels but I wouldn't be surprised if the casinos didn't realise this.

I find it sad that the player was penalized for something that was partly the fault of the casino rules. His play wasn't bad for the casino as some people seem to be saying (including the casino). Why wasn't he given the clear reason for oiding his winnings in the first place? If the player thought the games were prohibited and his winning would be oided, he wouldn't have played any money on these games.

Got2Bet, are you going to look into the Vegas Towers incident this guy had? His account was locked for some reason to do with a mismatch of personal info (this was the reason given). Maybe there was more to it and he was in the wrong but I don't have any more details than his emails I forwarded to you.
